Too simple to be this good! Added a shallot, used both wine and chicken base disolved in 1/2 cup water (not those nasty bullion cubes! and a sprig of rosemary, as I had no parsley. Cooked covered on low heat for an hour, til the meat was falling off the bone. Yum.
I forgot to add the splash of brine the first time. Second time I did add it and didn't care for the brine.

Great recipe, I substituted mild hungarian pepper rings, instead of hot cherry peppers. I will make this again. Yum.

This is one of mine and my husband's favorite meals. It is fast, easy and 'delish'! So good with mashed potatoes, noodles, or, best of all, mashed cannellini beans cooked with garlic, rosemary and chicken stock.

This was really awesome! I was just looking for a new way to do pork for a low-carb diet, and the taste of this dish exceeded my expectations. I often eat pork with applesauce, so the sweet peppers satisfied that aspect of my craving, plus I love spicy food. Tons of flavor, and incredibly easy to make, too. I'm definitely doing this one again.

These pork chops are very tasty and flavorful. I use only two vinegar cherry peppers plus the fresh red peppers with the chop and it is enough spicy already. I use corn starch to thicken the sauce and it taste so delicious with rice.My husband wave about it so much that I will make it again for us.what a way to enjoy pork chops

I made this recipe for my honey and he really enjoyed it. I'm the critic and was disappointed that I couldn't not find the Italian hot cherry peppers. I found sweet ones, but we like a little spice in our food. I think what I'll do is what a previous reviewer suggested and add a little red pepper flakes to the sauce. I also won't cook the peppers as long so they keep a little crunch. This will become a regular go-to meal at our house.
