Fantastic!! I am from Spain and I love Iberian Ham. Here in USA is very dificult to find it but I do it in mariscoiberico.es/iberian-ham directly from Spain, best quality and at the same price that you pay in Spain!! Wonderfull"

I'm not a big sandwich fan, but this one blew me away! Easy to make, but awesome flavor.

I thought "what could be so great about hot ham and pimento cheese" but I saw Emeril make this and it looked so good that I tried it and WOW!! Best sandwich I have ever eaten. And for the previous reviewer, I cooked mine on a gas grill but a sandwich press or flat grill would probably work just as well. A little time consuming but absolutely worth every minute.

Is this recipe complete? It doesn't say how to finish it. Do you bake it in the foil? Grill it on the stove top? Or serve it cold? Help! Its got a good rating, and I would love to serve it. I even looked it up on Emeril's website, and it isn't completed there, either.

I really loved this sandwich, I used garlic artisan bread instead. It was great!

I made the pimiento spread with sharp and extra sharp cheddar cheese, light miracle whip (used 3/4 cup, omitted the salt, and added a little more pimento. It was excellent and easy.

These sandwiches were extremely easy and very tasty. I prepared them the night before and they became a 5 minute meal the next day. I was surprised by the great flavor! ( I did cheat and use dill relish because it's a family favorite, but they were still excellent!. I can only imagine how simple this meal would be on a picnic or camping trip.
