I found this recipe to be delicious and flavorful. I made sure, though, that I did season the meat with salt and pepper before adding it to the marinade. I will make this again and again!!

It smelled FABULOUS while cooking, but left a lot to be desired on the palate. It needed something else - just a little too bland.

A yummy recipe for this classic Thai dish. I loved it! Almost as good as the satay at my favorite Thai restaurant.

I found the yogurt added an unusual texture to the meat and a bit bitter after taste. I did not dislike them, but I will not make them again.
