I made this with regular yogure, drained it for more than 20min and it came out really good. Healthy too!

I only invested two potatoes and a half an hour into this project, so it wasn't a big loss, but the slices on the rims of the baking sheet burned and the innermost ones were soggy, so I would have to call this one a failure. I did try to shuffle them around with a spatula to control the burn, and the effort did not produce viable results. I didn't make the dip; it may well be fabulous, but if you want potato chips, this is not the way to go. Deep fry them yourself or buy Kettle Chips.

Onion dip has always been one of my favorites, which is why i was skeptical on how good it would truly be. I was totally surprised! It tastes jsut as good, if not better than regular onion dip. It was also very easy. I brought it to a party and everyone loved it. You know how dips are, people just keep going back. And, that's exactly what happened. I tried making the chips, but had a hard time cutting them at the correct size, so, obviously some of the thin ones burned and some of the thicker ones were not crunchy enough. BUT the ones that were the correct size turned out very well and were totally yummy. I will try it again, maybe use some kind of tool or just practice. Its worth it if you can get them all the same size. This is definitely a good recipe. If you like onion dip, def try it!

I LOVE chips and dip and was really interested in this low cal version. I was not disappointed. The chips are good, but the dip is awesome! I made it for a party and everyone loved it. I use regular yogurt as Greek tends to be pricey and it works very well.

I wasn't confident in my potato slicing ability by hand, so I only made the dip. The dip was delicious and went well as an appetizer for some sliders I made for a football game. This was a great portion for 6 people as it was just about gone by the end of the game. I made it for the second time today and threw in a minced clove of garlic with the onions and that also tasted great.

I made this recipe for my family who are not big onion dip fans. They loved it. I used regular yogurt since greek yogurt was not available at my store. Worked great after the quick drain. Will definitely make again.

I now understand the review of the person who said that half were burnt and half were soggy. I tried to cheat and cut the potatoes by hand. You really can't do that with this recipe. You need to use a mandolin or food processor to make sure that they are all the same. It's not necessarily important what thickness they are exactly... as long as they are thin and the same. The ones that I cut well turned out amazing. The ones I messed up a bit, were soggy or burned. I will most definitely make this again and break out the mandolin because I now know it will definitely be worth it!! Great recipe, Ellie!

I loved this recipe. I wasn't too sure how I would like it but the chips were perfect, and so was the dip>

These were too good. It was hard to stop eating them. They were great without the dip, which is how my family ate them. I tried the dip, it was great too. It was good enough to serve as an onion dip for guests. I even dipped my meat in it. Very addicting!

The dip was easy and fun to make and tasted amazing!! So much flavor! And the best part is its a healthy alternative with the yogurt. The chips were also easy to make and tasted great as well. It really looked and tasted like an appetizer you would order at a restaraunt.
