If you llike Ruebens then this is for you. Very tasty and this makes a full casserole dish so there will be plenty of leftovers. Easy and good!!

I am making this for supper tonight! This may be my new favorite! Along with the salad/Russian Dressing!

Interesting take on two old classics. I am going to add horseradish to the sauce base . Swiss would be a more traditional and cost effective cheese. I found small round dark rye bread loaves at the local bakery, so I will serve this in the individual hollowed out loaves. It would be equally cool to serve this out of a standard size hollowed loaf!

The most awesome Mac & Cheese on the planet. I think that all Mac & Cheese sauce should include brown mustard. What a great flavor!

This is really a great dish. I doubled the amount of corned beef and would do so again. I would also add 1/2 c. of the spicy brown mustard. I didn't have rye bread, so just used whole wheat bread and put some caraway seeds in the food processor with the parsley and paprika. It makes a LOT. I shared some with a friend recuperating from surgery and still have a whole pan for us.

Wow, this was amazing. My husband thought it sounded odd, but couldn't stop eating it! I used 1-1/2 c. swiss and 1-1/2 c. sharp cheddar; skipped the gruyere. And doubled the breadcrumb topping for more rye flavor. Couldn't wait for lunch the next day!

Just finished our second night of this great mac and cheese !! My son and husband loved it - 5 stars ! Didn't have corned beef so substitued ham and tasted great - made the salad with it as well - Easy to make - only problem is that the cheese costs a fortune around here!!

Although I was hesitant to make it, I'm so glad I did. It was great and got rave reviews for it! I couldn't find Gruyere so I went with a strong Swiss. I also cooked the corned beef to "firm" it up a bit and to lose some of the fat. In the future, I'd like to cook my own corned beef and use that instead of sliced deli meat for a better taste. But in all, two of my favorite foods - mac and cheese and reubens all in one - can't go wrong!!
