Great artichokes! I grilled along with some rib eyes. The mayo was a great dipping sauce for the artichokes and homemade french fries. I added garlic to the mayo and was surprised Emeril didn't call for it. He loves that stuff!

Absolutely our favorite artichoke recipe - and we have tried several. I made these for my wife and I and it compared to a 5 star restaurant here locally. Not a difficult recipe and the results are amazing. I did not make the mayonnaise because the grilled flavoring and spices are enough for these tasty apps to stand on their own.

This is a delicious recipe. Everyone whom I have made it for has loved them! The artichokes are so good on their own that the mayonnaise is not even needed (although it is delicious too!.

This dish was so tasty, I'm going to use it with portabellos and other veggies. Add a dash of crushed red pepper for kick. Today, I'll use it with shrimp; can't wait!

This is a fairly easy alternitive way to enjoy this delicious veggie. It's especially easy if other items are being grilled at the same time. I don't always make the mayo to go with it, though it is a great addition if you have the time and energy.

i love this recipe. the artichokes melt in your mouth. my only suggestion is to add some garlic to the mayo!
