This was my first attempt at making BBQ sauce and it was delicious. The number of ingredients begs for modifying the amount of one or more, just to see what the flavor would be like. Add a little garlic anyone?

I made it to the tee and it did not taste good at all. It had too much of a vinegar taste to it.

Very good and easy. Spiciness increased with time-consider when tasting for seasoning. Didn't bother to strain-just put my stick blender to it because I like the sauce thick.

I think this is the best BBQ sauce I've ever made. The molasses is what makes this sauce so good.
