Made this a few years ago. I lost the recipe! This was my 11 yo favorite and was disappointed that I couldnt make it again (he is so picky!. Well I moved last month and in the process of packing I FOUND IT! Making it tonight and will surprise him. This is very good and I am going to try the 2 recommended sides as well.

I thought that this marinade was perfect - I could taste the ginger and garlic. It was not overpowered by the soy. I think that you have to use common sense when adding the ingredients. If it seems like too much soy for your protein, scale it down. My boyfriend also loved this simple dish. I will definitely make it again.

Loved this dish! Served it with brown rice and vegetable medley. My 10 yr old daughter ate it all up.

It was pretty good. I marinated some cucumber slices in rice vinegar and sugar for two days beforehand. I marinated the chicken breasts for 2 hours instead of one and I used only 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce per bag. I think these were necessary adjustments to get the best from this recipe. I will make it again.

This is the worst chicken recipe I have ever used. Even with reduced sodium soy this is inedible because of the salt. I used extra ginger, cilantro and garlic and limes and they were completely masked by the soy sauce flavor. And I am someone who 1 likes soy sauce and 2 likes my food on the salty side. But this recipe is a total waste of money and time. I am so incredibly disappointed. Please don't bother with this recipe. All you taste is soy sauce. It's awful.

This is a great recipe for alittle something different with chicken. You just need to have the ingredients on hand. Well worth planning ahead and having the ingredients on hand. Easy and fast!

Loved this ... nice and moist. But I only used half the recipe for four chicken breasts.

The recipe for the chicken is great, provided you adjust the soy sauce to 1/4 cup. Now, I must be blind but the last step is to serve with the noodles and cucumber pickle slices... where's THAT recipe??
