It's been quite awhile since I've made this, so I really was looking to make sure I had all the ingredients. Used soba noodles and lemon juice, instead of angel hair and lime juice, everything else the same. This is quick and easy for a Sunday supper.
Thanks, Tyler!

Excellent recipe, perfect amount of spice. Its even better with whole wheat noodles and topped with chopped peanuts.

Wow, this was tasty and easy to make. I have seen other recipes that call for chicken soup instead of water and this is an awesome vegetarian version. I used organic egg white lo mein, organic peanut butter and organic unhulled sesame seeds. Delish! I am the person who will burn water and I still can't believe I pulled this off. Big thumbs up from me. Thanks!

We loved it. Added some slivered water chestnuts. gave some good crunch. I do not really love peanut butter, but was a great recipe just the same.

Again, Tyler Florence is my favorite chef. I use his recipes the most. This recipe is simple and fast. You can do it hot or cold with almost any noodle you have. Wheat pastas work great in this as well. Don't have a minor ingrediant? Just amp up one of your favorites. Always works well. Even with kids.

My family loves this recipe. It is very flavorful, even as warm-ups.
