This was just a little to weird. My mouth kept expecting a different texture, and flavor with each bite. Maybe if I tried a nother style of noodle. Even though I didn't care for the dish the peanut sauce was very good. I will use it with a satay sometime.

Quick, easy and delicious. Instead of the mint I used chopped cilantro to tie in the flavor with the Cold Sesame Noodles that I had it with.

It was different but my family voted not to have it again.

I have tried this recipe as well as the Rachel Ray recipe. They are both good, though I liked Rachel's a bit better.

This noodle recipe is so easy and can be used in so many ways. It is a great side dish or mix left over roast pork or chicken and it is a main dish. Makes a great midnight snack!

This recipe sounded really yummy but it wasn't. The spices were too overwhelming and one bite was enough.

Made the whole meal and it turned out perfectly. I was sneaking forkfuls of the noodles before they even cooled all the way. It was also awesome cold the next day as a quick lunch at my desk. I'll absolutely make it again.

I served this as a side dish with sushi and everyone loved it. I used a little less vinegar.

after a little doctering of the peanut sauce, to boost the flavor, this made an awsomely quick, easy and refreshing summer meal. great for small hot summer day gatherings. easy to prep ahead of time(me, the night beforeand throw together at time of serving.
