this is so incredibly delicious. the first time i made it, guests were coming over, and they ate about a thrid of it given that there was other food. But when everyone left, I ate the rest, it's so delicious.

A little sweet, but also savory. And the leftover is great on turkey and provolone sandwiches.

Wonderful panzanella Giada! A tribute to a fresh picked tomato!

The panzanella was good but required a bit more work than I'm willing to put into a salad.

I made this for my company on Memorial Day. Everyone loved it and all the women asked me for the recipe.

This salad was a great alternative to the green salads, everyone's accustomed to. Very healthy and great tasting.

Looked great as Giada was making it, but I was a little leary...however, it is so simple and flavorful (the roasted peppers and capers really enhance it I added a little extra basil for a little kick. It's become a new regular side dish, and leftovers take great cold the next day.

This is absolutely delicious, first time I've tried anything like it. Next time I'll use a bit less dressing to save some calories although it tasted great as is.

This salad is easy to make and was a big hit. I also added some red onions and baked the bread to make the pieces crispy. (Like giant croutons The dressing doesn't absorb as quickly as it does with day old bread. I love this salad.
