This was good, I also added water chestnuts and leftover chicken, super easy to make, and fun to have a Asian themed dinner.

This was a very easy soup to make. I added a bit of salt and some spicy seasoning to give it a bitof a kick, but it didn't take much for this to be a soothing soup for my sick boyfriend.

I was looking for a recipe for left over chicken stock, egg whites, and scallions. It was flavorful and good use of my leftovers from making other recipes!!!! I still remember the Tiramisu I made with the egg yolks!

This is a very nice recipie for someone with a taste for simple perfection.
I made it with whole eggs and I added just a touch of fresh ginger. The yolk makes it a little richer and the ginger adds a little exotic flavor you would expect from an asian recipie. However, it would be fine without it. This soup wasn't ment to be fancy. It's "Comfort Food".
This would make a very nice "Chicken Soup" for someone who is feeling under the weather.

This is not egg drop soup...it wants to be, but sadly fails. Much more is needed than broth, egg, and scallion to create the wonderful taste of egg drop or egg flower soup as I like to call it.
