Used just shrimp for a pre-dinner appetizer and received rave reviews. Approx. 30 shrimp. Only deviation I made from teh recipe was using my grill to cook w/ griddle plate on top. Great taste with just a tiny hint of heat from the pepper flakes. Very easy to prepare.

I didn't have any bacon so I prepared the shrimp as indicated and grilled the shrimp on a grill and they quickly became a favorite party dish!

This is great! I cook this all the time as an appetizer when I have company over for dinner. Sometimes I don?t like messing with the bacon, so I skewer them and cook them over the grill. We never seem to have enough?.the just get gobbled up!

This way overcooked the seafood. It's better to just broil and turn until the bacon is crisp. The marinade was awful - grill seasoning is too overpowering.

I took these to an outdoor dinner/BBQ/pool side party this summer and they disapperared in 5 minutes. Everyone kept asking me for the recipe and I got compliments all night long. The hostess only got to eat one and she was mad. Another awesome, easy dish from Rachel that will impress others. It was a perfect appetizer on a warm summer evening. The secret is the sesame oil and fresh lime juice with zest. Delicious!
