I made these for Cinco de Mayo and they were simple and very, very good I used cod and I have to say that the chiptole mayo is definately the star here. Instead of cucumbers, argula & orange zest, we topped ours with the coleslaw mix that is sold in the ready-to-use bags. It mixed well the spicy mayo and gave the fish taco a nice crunch.

Absolutely phenomenal! I did these up for my monthly Supper Club. Everyone couldn't get enough! I used fresh Lake Superior whitefish, since Red Snapper is not available in my Michigan locale. The ladies helped themselves to their own toppings on the table. What is not good with cilantro on top though!

I am so ready to try this recipe. I am giving it 4 stars because it is very simular to the way I make fish tacos. I use corn tortillas that I put in hot oil for about 3 seconds each side and fold in half while still in the pan, drained on paper towels. Insteasd of cucumbers, I use thinly sliced cabbage. You can use any mild tasting fish for this. We like to add diced tomatoes as well.

This is actually my first attempt to make fish tacos at home. They were so easy and that tartar sauce is out of this world and so simple. I will never have store bought tartar sauce again. My kids loved it, and my husband loved it even though he doesn't like tartar sauce, he loved this one.

OMG! Positively the best fish taco ever. The sauce is so good. I substituted cat fish because that was all I had at the time, and I arranged the arrugala and cilantro together on a platter and put the fried fish on top so when you picked up the fish you got greens, too. Even my husband liked it and he's the king of doubters! Thanks for a great recipe.

This was better than any Friday night fish fry! These tacos taste so fresh and aren't a heavy meal. The sauce really is tasty.

I added some Southwest seasoning to my flour for dredging
to pump it up just a bit. I also used sour cream instead of mayo, the lime juice made it the perfect consistency.

This was so easy to make and delicious. I LOVED the tartar sauce. I may never buy tartar sauce in a jar again. I love everything Ingrid makes, but this was a real hit with my whole family. AMAZING.

My husband and I absolutely loved these. My only problem was completely my fault because I didn't use enough fish but they were so absolutely amazing and they also were really easy to make. The tartar sauce had just enough punch and the flavor on the fish from the worchestershire sauce was a wonderful com pliment!
