    This recipe was tasty, but I had trouble getting them to set up. Also, I felt as though it didn't have enough crust to support the cookie once I cut them up. I increased the amount of crust and I think this was a little better. I was hoping for a cleaner cut like the picture too, but mine didn't turn out that way. I am not sure I will be making these again.

    My husband LOVES cheesecake, so when deciding what cookies to make with our 4 sons for Christmas, he wanted to know if there was such a thing as cheesecake cookies. When I found this recipe I knew we had to make it. It was very easy to make (so easy we were able to do with 4 boy between the ages of 5 and 11months and they turned out moist and delicious!
