    AWESOME! My picky hubby even gave it thumbs up. I didn't add any of the salt in the recipe. I used chicken breast that I seasoned w Ms Dash extra spicy blend & cooked on my George Foreman. Unfortunately I forgot cabbage but it was still good. WILL be saving this one. As stated it was a bit time consuming and Im not big on frying so next time I will brush oil on the shells & cook in oven.

    I love this recipe! I was not a fan of corn tortillas, so we used flour and made wraps. To streamline leftovers, I ended up mixing everything together....it was fantastic and will be the way I serve it when I make it for a house-warming party in a few weeks. I make my own corn tortilla now.....what a difference. No more store-bought tortillas from now on.

    This recipe was unbelievable. It took me a bit of time but it was well worth it. Made the beans without the oil and a 1/4 more low sodium chicken broth and it was great! The salad topping was a hit.... great taste. My kids LOVED this recipe...I had to make it 2 days in a row for them! In order to save on the calories I would bake the shells myself next time...other than that, that is the ONLY thing that I would do different.

    I have probably made this ten times since first discovering it. Anytime I make it for family or friends it is a hit, even with those who don't think they like cabbage or radishes. I make it as directed usually, but have substituted pinto beans for black beans when it is what I have on hand, and used a variety of types of chicken... the only thing that needs to be there is the dressing!! The sweet of the brown sugar, with the spicy of the adobo, with the tang of the lime and the punch of garlic is a killer combo!! (sometimes I use less oil or leave it out altogether... depends on my mood.

    This was yummy! Like some of the others I baked the shells in the oven and shredded romaine lettuce, added avocado instead of cabbage. It was great dinner! Will make again!

    I strongly agree with one reviewer who commented - I wish I had known about lime juice with sour cream before this! This was easy to make and very tasty. I had a bit of a time finding cipotle in adobo sauce. I finally found it at Kroger. I made a double batch and found that the ratio for beans and the cabbage mix was a bit off. I could have used more beans - and less liquid in the cabbage mix- probably about half. The taste was fabulous! I highly recommend this!

    Made the dish tonight for the family ang the response was great...everyone loved it. We used the recipe as a guide, making some substitutions based on availability of ingredients during shopping. Overall, this was a great dish to eat, fun to create, and easy to make. It will definitely be in the menu rotation in our home. Thanks....
