Very easy and my friends said it tasted like a restaurant meal. I used a grill pan on the stove top and added strawberries to the salad. This will be my go-to recipe to impress people. Lots of flavor with almost no work..

Awesome favors! Quick, easy and oh so good! We added portobello mushrooms just because we had some that needed to be used. Sprinkled them with the dressing. They were a great addition to a great salad.

This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review and I have been using this site for recipes regularly for at least three years. This is one of the best pork recipes I have ever made or ever tasted. I would gladly pay for this in a restaurant and the bonus is that it is also easy to make. My culinary skills are minimal so I just make it exactly as the recipe says and it always comes out perfect. This is one thing that my husband and I both think of when we want a fabulous meal. Highly recommend you try it!

Made this with goat cheese instead of Gorgonzola because husband and kids don't like Gorgonzola. We all liked it with the meat cut up into small pieces, so you could get all the favors into one bite - the pork was bland on its own. Â Next time I'll double or triple the marinade, so there will be enough for the flavor to really soak in. Â Also think it would have been yummy without any meat, or with a sweet whitefish grilled enpapilliote, or with thinly sliced rare/medium rare beef with a dash of Cayenne pepper added on top. Â I also added extra grapes to make the kids happy.
But this is one we will put in the rotation as we all enjoyed it!

Wow. I am not easily impressed but this was definitely a KEEPER. Growing up, pork chops were chewy and completely boring (sorry, Mom. These pork chops are worth writing home about and the dressing was a perfect combination of vinegar, EVOO, salt and thyme...PERFECT. I will make this dish the day my husband comes home from Army...just to show him how much I love him!!

We loved this recipe, it was quick, simple, and delish. A perfect combination flavors, very fresh. I used a grill pan for a few minutes per side, then finished in the oven to ensure my chops stayed juicy. I used gorgonzola. Yum.

A favorite dish in our house. Today, the only grapes available were the ones with seeds, so I sliced them in half or quarters and removed the seeds. No arugula available so we used watercress. It all worked brilliantly!

I made this last night for dinner and it was delicious! A perfect
combination of ingredients. I subsituted a couple of garlice cloves and a small onion for the shallot. The pork was flavorful, juicy and
tender and the salad, grapes and blue cheese went so well together.
Very easy to make and fast. Will definitely make again.

Really, really good. I made a little extra dressing and will make it again for our salads. Don't let the grapes steer you away, the sweetness counters the balsamic like a match made in heaven.
