This was a great recipe! I was nervous, after reading previous posts, that the garlic would burn and turn bitter, but I had no problem! I used cooking spray to coat the pan, tossed the garlic together with the sesame oil and broccoli in a bowl before putting it on a roasting pan and I was good to go! A delicious and easy alternative to our regular steamed broccoli!

Great recipe, but would suggest you mix a little sugar w/olive oil, salt and pepper and toss broccoli with this before roasting. Sugar helps it carmelize. Turn over half way through cooking. Also, cut larger chunks of broccoli so it doesn't cook too fast and get limp.

How does one do this without burning the garlic? If not for that, this would have been quite good.
