This is a real winner. Everyone would love this simple but great tasting recipe. All the same stuff just made a lot more fun.

I decided to make this mostly because I had all the ingredients and not much time. We both liked it -- as a pleasant enough change to the typical dinners we toss together after work. Some people mentioned that the dressing was too tart, however we both found it tasty. My husband is less of a mustard fan than I am, so I thought it inidicated it was just fine for those folks on the ketchup side of the aisle. I'll keep it in my recipe box.

Rather that form patties I cooked the beef loose. I also baked some bacon at the same time. I saved some of the beef & bacon for next mornings breakfast. With the remaining beef I had enough for me and my husband for dinner and leftovers for lunch. The mustard dressing was great on one half of the salad and I made a thousand island for the other half for a "Big Mac" effect. Harald liked it enough that I may be able to break his burger with bun habit. Keep up the great lighter recipes.

This was very tasty...my husband and I were amazed at how great this meal was. He especially, being the food and wine snob that he is. I did alter the receipt slightly (not on a stricked carb diet and added basmati rice Next time I think i'll also add beans.

This was a terrific meal. I love her meals because they really are quick and almost always taste great. We used American cheese instead of cheddar. Next time I will crumble some bacon into the salad.

My husband doesn't like French's Mustard, so I substituted Dijon with just a touch of French's.
The meal was spectacular ... really!

This looked great on tv, and actually the burgers themselves were tasty (hey, how can you mess up a burger!. But the dressing just was horrible, and this is coming from a mustard lover. IMO it completely overwhelmed the salad.

These little burgers are terrific!!! My whole family loved them, the dressing for the salad is so good and the mustard adds such a nice tang to it. The green beans were also wonderful. I also like Ina's recipe she calls "real hamburgers" where she puts a piece of butter inside before grilling. How bad could that be? They are super!!! I am so thankful to have such talented people such as Rachel, Ina, Giada, George, Tyler, Alton to watch on food network. They inspire me.. keep up the great work, y'all are really wonderful. Thanks

This salad is great. My husband and I are on a low carb diet, so we are constantly searching for something new and different that doesn't include all the carbs.
Try this out for a change. It is really delicious!
