Excellent! I'm not much of a yellow mustard person but it was very good. A little strong I may use less mustard next time I make it.

This salad was very easy to make and had a beautiful presentation. It gave a sense of fun to meal and tasted AWESOME! My husband really liked the mustard dressing, but I'm not a mustard person. So I made Rachel Ray's "French" dressing instead with ketchup which I highly recommend. It had GREAT flavor. This way everyone had a choice, mustard or ketchup. I highly recommend this recipe for any family!!

Good alternative to burgers. Might not use so much lettuce but really great! Dressing was great too!

I thought this was a good salad to prepare for my husband when we first met. I made this 2 years ago and he still remembers how horrible it was and will never let me forget that this was the first thing i ever made him, i liked it...but my husband hatessss it...sorry rachel!

Easy to make and had good flavor! Thought the dressing was a bit too mustardy and would cut that back in the future.

You have got to be kidding me with this garbage'. This may be the worst" healthy salad" I have ever seen or eaten. Just horrible, I'd rather eat the diahrea it gave me then the salad. For those giving this anything other than 1 star... 1. stop drinking the mind controilling Kool-aid and 2. get a life and tastebud reconnction surgery....just god awful!!
