I made these meatballs with butternut squash ravioli I purchased from whole foods in the frozen foods section and put a sage and brown butter sauce with dried cranberries on both of them. It was a very tasty winter meal :-

frist time I've made turkey meatballs. These came out great. I used 3lbs of turkey (which made about about 45 balls light cream and 1 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs. I also added a little parmesan to the mix. Put them in the skillet for a few minutes on each side to brown, and then in the oven for about 15-20 min on about 275.
    Turned out moist and delicious!

I used 2 plus 3 lbs turkey, 2 eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of milk and everything else!! BIG BIG hit!! I baked them on 400, next time I think I will try them on 425, just to brown more!! I then froze them, and made the chili sauce/grape jelly sauce, again, BIG HIT!! ALL GONE!!

this was the easiest recipe. i had 2lbs of ground turkey, 2 eggs, 1 cup of bread crums, and half a cup 2% milk. they were still very moist and didn't fall apart. i put them in the oven at 400 for 15 minutes on both sides--which made time for me to make the homemade alfredo sauce and tricolor rotini. it was a hit--all leftovers were put in the same tupperware. even my 7 month old at it!

These turkey meatballs tasted so good ! Instead of 1 cup heavy cream I used 1 cup milk; 1 cup of milk was too much, though, so from now on I will start with less. Instead of 3 large eggs I used 1. When I served these to people I did NOT get any complaints ! I highly recommend this recipe !

Tastes great but the presentation is lacking. The balls don't stay together as well as I had hoped.

My picky 3yr. old son LOVES these meatballs. I replaced the heavy cream with low fat canned milk to cut down on the fat. Tastes just a delicious without the cream.
