These were great, I used them at a party and they were a big hit. Now everyone wants the recipe. I did add a clove of garlic, minced and a little bit of shredded parmesano regionno cheese...yummy!

half the heavy cream is just as good. Because big round meat cooks slowly, making it into patty shapes would be healthier. But if you want it fancy, i'd recommend rolling it into little balls.

Wow, lots of good ol' heavy cream, but these sure are tasty! I doubled the recipe, but used beef and turkey. Mm-mm good!

The recipe said this blend was reduced from a large batch and the proportions might not be right. They are - these with a basic sauce (reco Giada's basic tomato sauce with some pasta or bread is great.
