AMAZING!!! It was so flavorful, I didn't have to add ANY salt or pepper. Buy all your ingredients from trader joes, you won't be disappointed!! I also used Jenny Turkey Sausage! YUM

Love this recipe! Can't usually find portobello mushrooms, so I use baby bellas or white button mushrooms. Sometimes the herbs can be overpowering, so maybe knock it down a notch. Other than that, this recipe is fantastic and so good.

AMAZING!!! I made these for xmas and they were great. Everyone loved them, i only wish i had made more. I used baby bellas (2 packages but 3 would have probably been better instead of portobello mushrooms. I scooped them out to ensure i had enough room to fill them. The recipe does yeld a lot of the stuffing so i used the extra in an omlette for bkfast as some had suggested. it was great and easy to make!!

This was delicious, but I made 2 changes. Used sweet Italian sausage, because I had it on hand. Husband does not like gorgonzola, so I used moz/prov. blend. It wasn't the same w/out the tang of the gorgonzola, but it was still very good.

I'm "new" to mushrooms, that is, I hated them growing up (it was a texture thing and so now Im giving them another chance. I have made things with Creminis and liked it but they have always been THINLY sliced, so I wasn't sure how Id like a whole Portobello but this recipe looked so yummy otherwise I thought if I didn't like the Mushroom part Id just eat the filling, so I made this for dinner last night... YUM, YUM,YUM!
First it was so easy to make, and even though I forgot to get the Gorgonzola while at the store (I subed a shredded Italian cheese blend It was really good! To make up for the possible loss of flavor, I tossed in some chopped artichoke hearts and scallions. I will definitely make this again keeping the extra ingredients because they were a nice addition but also try with the Gorgonzola. I served them with a side of linguini in vodka sauce.

This recipe is an absolute winner. I only had Italian Sausage on hand so I used that instead of the turkey sausage and then skipped adding the seasonings. Look forward to trying it as printed but definitely look forward to making this again! Will also try using the baby portobellos for appetizers. Grazie Giada!

I just used some ground turkey meat, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper and some mascarpone cheese. Then before putting it in the oven under the broiler i topped it with some crumbled blue cheese. Went really well with a mixed green salad with lemon vinagrette.
