    Like eating out. Delicious. Heats well the day after. Save a little bit of pasta water to revive the leftovers the next day. Like previous reviewers, I had difficulty getting the sauce to thicken. I added cornstarch. If possible, use fresh basil and parsley. It does make a difference. However, if you only have dry herbs at hand, don't hesistate to make the recipe anyway. The richness will still be there.

    The prep was easy. This dish was fabulous. I did use San Marzano tomatoes and the word fabulous is an understatement. Raves from the whole family.

    Really a delicious, easy shrimp and pasta recipe! I didn't have any penne on hand so substituted linguini, sauteed some mushrooms with the garlic before adding shrimp, and added some chopped steamed asparagus when adding the shrimp back to the creamy sauce. Turned out fabulous!

    EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    This was my first time ever making shrimp. I made it for the very first time on Christmas Eve to have something else to offer my guests just in case they didn't want turkey. WHAT A SUCCESS!! Unbelievably simple and quick! THANK YOU, GIADA!! This is now a regular in our home!!!

    This was a fantastic dinner for my wife and myself on Christmas Eve. She's looking forward to me making it for her again. Easily a top consideration to make for dinner on Valentine's Day.

    This is delicious and I will definitely be making it again. My family ate seconds and later came back for more. Now that is a true testament. It was quick, easy, creamy and oh so yummy.

    This was soooo good! It has a great taste and different from a regular pasta! It tastes gourmet. The only problem I had was that the sauce wasn't thickening so I added a couple tablespoons of flour which did the trick! You need to try this!

    OMG this sauce is so delicious! Very tasty and easy to make dish, its going into dinner rotation for sure. Next time I will use real home made penne or fettuccine.

    OUTSTANDING! The sauce is fantastic - creamy and flavorful. A wonderful change for making fresh shrimp. It is elegant, too, and I plan to make it for company! Just a terrific dish.
