This was wonderful and can't WAIT to make it again. I want to try this sauce over ravioli. This is one of the best sauces I have ever had over pasta. It is definately kicked up and if your leary about spicy foods, cut back on the red pepper. But we all loved it. You won't be dissapointed.

I love this recipe. It's become a favorite with me and my husband. It's even better the next day, once the sauce has thickened more. The only problem I have is getting my sauce thick while I'm making it. Overall it's bursting with flavor and makes a ton. Thanks Giada!

Recipe was very easy. The sauce was delicious. So much so, that we doubled up on the sauce. The leftovers were even better.

This one doesn't take too many dishes. I made it with left over grilled shrimp and added some chopped onion. It turned out great.
The only thing I would suggest is to add the grated Parmesan directly to your pasta on your plate. It stuck to the spoon I used to mix it all and to the pan. Other than that, it was very tasty!

Delicious~ I had added a bit too much red pepper flake to this recipe but the flavors were all there. Very good recipe-I made this for Christmas eve and everyone loved it.
