    This is a good, quick recipe for dinner when you don't have lots of time.

    I used pre-made dough from the grocery store and leftover chicken.

    It was good.

    A great recipe. I used trader joes pizza dough, with corn meal. I roasted the chicken to keep it tender, and added a little soy sauce in with the bbq sauce. I also added shredded carrot, and bell pepper. Very good recipe, easy to make and a huge crowd pleaser. Ver close to CPK! Thanks Sandra, semi homemade is the way to go for working women like me :

    This was a hit with the whole family. Also made it as individual 3 inch appetizer pizzas. This was a lot more labor intensive and messy, but it was voted the best appetizer at the party.

    This recipe worked out good for us, although I did use twice the chicken, and I cooked onions w/ the chicken. I thought it was delicious!
