    Wonderful taste. I made less than half the recipe for just my husband and I. You can add what you like and delete what you don't like. Be sure to make the dressing. The bottled stuff won't due. I made all the dressing because I knew I might want it in the next few days for any salad I was making.

    I love to cook. When it's something easy and fast that I can cook, i love it even more! When i have my boyfriend over or jsut cooking nice salad for my family this is teh trick. Espically when my family is Pure Italian.

    This salad was such a hit at my block party. There are so many good cooks on my block, and everyone raved about the salad. Its my #1 dish to bring now!

    The salad was good but a bit too heavy with the addition of salami. Although the dressing was okay, it was not extraordinary...I probably will not make this again. A lighter salad would much better accompany a baked pasta dish.

    I made this salad and took it to a tennis team luncheon. We had a visiting team as well and everyone raved about the dish. I had never made it before so I was a little apprehensive as to how everyone would receive the item. It was a big hit and we won our match too.....

    Very good. I used smoked gouda cheese instead of the provolone. We served it with crusty bread, and it was very filling.
