    This was a great salad. I enjoyed all the chuncky stuff in the salad and so did my guests. I had enough dressing to have it for several nights after too. I loved this dressing on a spinach salad too!

    I have made this salad twice since I saw the show. My husband loved it. I am serving it at a soup, salad, and bread dinner party next week.

    This was the most delicious, heavenly, light (yet filling salad! I just knew when I viewed this episode that it would be wonderful, and I was right. Giada knows her stuff. Everyone must try this recipe. It's so easy, and relatively cheap. Most of the ingredients should already be in the pantry or fridge, and the only thing that costs a little money is the salami and provolone cheese, but trust me...it's worth it! The colors, and the flavors blend so well together. It's my new favorite salad! Grazie, Giada! Keep 'em coming!

    This was super easy to make and it's perfect for hot summer weather. It's very light and everyone enjoyed it, even my 3 yr old daughter who is picky when it comes to eating.
