I made this recipe and while lemon and arugula are two of my favorite flavors, I was expecting a bit more out of the resulting dish. Both my boyfriend and I liked it, but it was definitely more of a light, im-on-a-diet sort of meal. Definitely a good go-to but not the most flavorful chicken recipe in the world.

My whole family LOVED this recipe. I marinaded the chicken for over an hour and found that when we grilled it, it was tender and juicy and had tons of flavor. After it was cooked, I cut it up and mixed it into the salad. A little goes a long way. I didn't have any red wine vinegar so I used some white balsamic with the olive oil and it went very well with the lemony chicken. The pepper in the arugula brought out the pepper in the chicken. Great recipe. Will definitely make again.

I LOVE this chicken recipe! It is quick and easy and HEALTHY! I've made it so many times I can't count and my husband, who's not a big chicken lover, enjoys it. With regard to the comments about "bland taste" I find that if I marinate the chicken for about an hour, as opposed to the 30 minutes specified in the recipe, that it acquires more flavor.

The chicken Paillard & Arugula tomato salad was wonderful.
It was a hit and talked about all night, and at least 3 women & two men asked to have the recipe.
    It was so simple too.

Thank You, Bobby I love every show you do and all of your recipes you are certainly the best.

This recipe added enough flavor to the chicken without being overpowering. I don't like eating much meat but this made it do-able (which is saying a lot. I used regular onions since my store happened to be out of shallots, and I didn't pound the chicken. It turned out moist and juicy. The salad was good but I didn't care for the dressing since it was too vinegary for me. Good meal though.

I didnt make the salad, just the chicken. It was a great recipe! my husband loved it. I did it with regular onions once and with shallots another time, and they both tasted great!

This recipe is so simple and yet very flavorful. The marinade gives the chicken a great tangy yet mild flavor; unlike other salads this dish can be served for dinner and is very filling and satisfying.

This needed something. I would make a lemon 'piccata' style sauce to top it next time. The chicken ended up dry even though it was not over-cooked. I'll make it again, but make some adjustments next time.
