Sorry Bobby, this one doesn't work. Not worth the effort. Bland, no flavor to speak of. And the salad was nothing to write home about. I've had better luck marinating chicken in bottled Italian dressing.

My first swag at this recipe was a 12-person birthday party for my father. I tripled the recipe. Big hit. I marinated the tomatoes in the oil/vinegar for 45 minutes and then while the breasts grilled on the second side I combined the arugula and tomatoes then sliced the breasts on a diagonal and placed a large helping of arugula-tomato on all the plates. Almost everyone asked for the recipe.

My children and I watched the show yesterday and decided to create the meal ourselves. We had a blast and the food was superb! The recipes were simple and the meals were delicious. I recommend this to everyone!

Awesome and easy recipe that takes 1/2 hour start to finish. Great for a summer evening.

Easy, fast and very flavorful. The lemon and shallots penetrated the chicken throughout and grilling complemented the flavors perfectly. Super for summer because it's light.
