Hm. Good concept but couldn't taste the orange cream hardly at all. I guess I would use more than a small scoop. Probably very good but I obviously didn't use enough.

So good, even if you do it the lazy way like me, not bothering to blend it. I just whisked the ingredients together. These are by far the best mimosas I have ever had. I made these for my boyfriend and I's anniversary. This is the kind of guy who doesn't like champagne or wine, but he love this so much he drank nearly the entire bottle, leaving me with only a glass! A definite hit on Mother's day as well. Everyone raves about these. It is well worth the effort of squeezing fresh oranges.

Good goin Tyler! If you like Mimosa's you will love this one. It keeps your drink cold and it was a delicious treat for a Sunday brunch. Now everyone is asking for the recipe. I highly recommend trying it out. Froze the mixture overnight and it was perfect the next day. The 5 stars is justified, and so simple to make.

I love this drink. Because I am not a huge orange juice fan, I mostly make this drink with grapefruit juice instead. Either way, wonderful, wonderful drink. Festive and fun for any occasion.

I was excited to try this recipe and made it for my Easter brunch. However, the "orange cream" made the champagne an odd color and looked a little disgusting. I would definitely put the cream in first...to avoid overflow and make sure to have REALLY cold champagne. The orange cream did taste very good but could have used more orange zest. I probably won't try this again as it was sort of a let down.

Wow, I tried this as soon as I saw Tyler go to this girls house and show her how to make them. I like regular mimosa's- but this was truely the best!

This was well liked especially in the summer. I tried prosecco and I will probably try another champagne next time. This set up in the freezer within four hours. However, I feel overnight would be better. I do not recommend transporting - melts easily.
