I put this recipe together to have with the out-of-town in-laws. The oysters are a nice change from the normal pate that goes with traditional wellington. Paired with a New Zealand Pinot Noir (The Jibe, this dish was fabulous. Recipe is well worth the effort.

Made this with just a mushroom pate and left out the oyster pate. This was extremely easy and quick to make. It had a lot of flavor and is an impressive dish for the little time and effort it took to make. Went great with a lighter red wine!
