I loved it!! It was really good and easy. I used phyllo dough because I couldn't find the puff pastry. But the fillings were excellent!!

I Baked this Brie dish for a Wine and Cheese Murder Mystery Party and after gobbling up the last bite, every guest asked for the recipe. It was a huge success! No changes need to be make to the recipe at all and it was very simle to prepare. One of the best things about this site is that I could just come online and enter guests email address and send the recipe right to them. Thanks Food Network, for your recipes and for the ease of sharing them with friends!! - Anita in Albuquerque

i served this at a party that i was having and it was a hit. I was asked several times for the recipe. It was so easy and you can freeze it for up to a month. I will definitely make this again.

Someone suggested that I try this recipe for a party I was having...I am so glad I did! (As are the people at my party!

The flavors were wonderful! The mild flavor of the brie was well complemented by the tartness of the dried cherries and the crunchiness of the almonds. The brown sugar made a nice syrup to tie in all of the flavors together.

The prep time is actually less than 40 minutes -- I think it took me about 15. This is great for parties, and you can make all kinds of fun designs with a small cookie cutter on the top of the brie.

    Enjoy!
