Delicious, easy and healthy! I added pancetta for depth of flavor and richness.

I've done this with Sharp Cheddar - especially works well with Sargento's fine shreds. In the frying pan or the oven, a side benefit is that a lot of the excess oil separates, making these more healthful. Rather than making the larger circles and bending over a rolling pin, I make smaller circles for flat "crackers". If done in the frying pan, I cover the bottom of the pan to saute until slightly crispy. I lift out and drain on paper towel, then breaking into bits and pieces and use in place of croutons in a salad. It's possible to combine with bits of bacon for extra flavor.

These are easier than you might think. If using finely grated parmesan you can cook for 5-6 minutes. I didn't grease the parchment paper and they turned out just fine.

You can do the same with cheader cheese. Add garlic powder or Some other seasoning of choice.

Great alternative to pita bread or crackers. I served this with hummus. People were impressed by the creativity of it as well as by the fact that it was home made...

Easy and delicious, and low carb. Works best when you follow the directions to grease the pan.
