Ahhhhhmazing! Made these with my three year old and they were easy and beautiful. Yes, a three year old can do this! Thanks Anne for a great dessert. P.s. We didn't have ice cream so we filled them with sweetened whip cream. So good,

I've made cream puffs before and know that it's an all-or-nothing proposition. There's little room for error. Some mistakes I've made before were mixing both eggs at the same time or not cooking until the ball forms. With this recipe, they turned out perfectly! I took them out right at 20 minutes, but I think they could have used another two minutes, like the recipe says. Sometimes on cream puffs, you need to scoop out a little bit if it doesn't cook well enough in the middle. That's common. I find it odd that someone gave the RECIPE 3 stars because she expected an entire scoop of ice cream to fit. Ha! FYI, I used a plastic pastry bag with no tip and it was the perfect size.

I absolutely love this recipe. It is so simple and easy to make, yet the results are so sweet and rich. I served mine with a 'buffet' of sorts with different topping to choose from (fresh whipped cream, Anne's chocolate sauce, powdered sugar and it was a huge hit. The recipe makes a ton and keeps well for a day or two. Thanks for this one...it is a keeper!

I am not a great baker at all. This recipe was so easy to follow and really great. My only suggestion is more of a flavor to the dough-and this could have been my fault.. Just felt it needed something.

Great recipe-easy to follow and very great presentation with the icecream and sauce.

I had a dinner party this evening. I started with a creamy mushroom polenta. Then made a chicken parm. I finished with this WONDERFUL recipe. One of the easiest deserts I have ever made . Will make again and very shortly. Thanks

Easy and yummy little cuties! Ann's recipe was so easy I made a second batch while the first one was baking.
Since I made them the night before I served them to my family I was a little concerned when the next morning I found the pastries somewhat soggy, even though I had put them in a sealed container.
Problem solved. . .I put them on a sheet pan in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 5 minutes just before serving. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, cut, fill and drizzle chocolate sauce over the top. GREAT!

This is the first thing I've ever made after seeing it done on television. Have to say I CANNOT bake so I had no idea how I'd do with this.

I did use an electric mixer just to make sure the batter was mixed evenly. I don't have a pastry bag so I scooped the batter into a plastic baggie and cut the tip out - worked just fine.

Loved how small and delicate these are. Three on a plate, each with a small spoonful of ice cream and chocolate sauce, is enough for a just-right dessert.

Love Anne's directions and how she explains the process in detail. I need that to help build my confidence. It's like she's walking me right through it. Can't wait to try more of her recipes!

These were sooo very easy to make and soooooo very wonderful. I did half with vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce.....but since my Fiance doesn't care for chocolate( imagine that I used apricot preserves on his instead. He LOVED It!!!

    Thanks for the great recipe!!
