Simple to make and the flavour is outstanding. Makes a great left over dish too... I give it two forks up!

This is a fairly simple stew with a wide variety of tastes. The charizo fell apart and made a great base. Everyone loved it.

This is a great recipe but one thing I would recommend is to add sourcream to the entire pot of soup to make it creamer.

My husband is not a picky eater until it comes to soup. He hates "drinking" his dinner. This stoup filled him up and had him going for more. It is now one of his favorites.

You have to try this. It's absolutely DELICIOUS! Its my very first time eating chorizo. I've never heard of it before. I used the entire package of chorizo and substitute green bell peppers with jalapenos peppers (to give it an extra kick & plus i dont like bell peppers....It was super splicy but oh so good. I also omitted the cheese and tortilla chips. Instead I ate the stoup with white rice. This recipe is so easy and definitely deserves the highest praises!

Just made this to rave reviews. Couldn't find fresh chorizo so used 6 oz. of Spanish dried and it turned out great. Yum!

Right on the money for time and nice warm-up. Great main dish with crusty bread instead of tortilla chips.
