This is awesome....great for Fall weather!! I also added 1 cup of frozen corn and I used Smoked Turkey Sausage since it's leaner than the Chorizo. This recipe is packed with flavor!

What a fabulous recipe for a cool evening! Make the effort to find chorizo and the blue corn tortilla chips--they lend richness and depth to this easy-to-prepare soup. One of the best foodnetwork.com recipes I've tried.

Don't make the mistake of pairing this "soup" with a meal, because it is a meal in and of itself! And it's delicious! I always think that something this good cannot possibly be this easy, but Rachael never fails to amaze me with her recipes. I made this a few nights ago for the first time and it will defintely be a staple in my house from now on!

Easy, delicious and full of flavor. I used black beans and also added corn to the recipe which complemented it nicely.

I was just watching 30 Minute Meals for the first time when I saw Rachel make this stoup. I had do try it, since in our house we love spicy recipes.

How easy and delicious. I tried several different garnishes, all of which added a special touch.

Needless to say we fought over leftovers, since this dish was even better tasting the next day.
