Sooo delicious!!! Cheaper than lamb chops and you get more meat. You can't go wrong with this recipe, sure to please.

this recipe is easy, and came out great! the crust was crunchy, meat was moise, and flavor was great. best of all, no searing needed. my guy ate 4 slices of lamb ;-
i didn't have mayo, so subsituted with mediterrenean style cheese yogurt minus the lemon, and the sauce was delicious and i think more healthy. i aso omitted the fennel.
this dry rub crust is very similar to his chinese style bbq ribs, same great outcome. will definitely serve it to guests

If Bobby Flay was not married and I was not married and I looked hot enough for a tv personality to date, I would totally marry him just because of this recipe.

What an excellent recipe! With the exception of the Leg of Lamb I started out with none of the Ingredients needed. It was so worth the purchase. The lamb had a wonderful flavor, and that Sweet Red Pepper Mayonnaise was a pleasant addition to the Lamb that was already tasty! What an easy and prefect way to prepare a Leg of Lamb.

I looked over this recipe and decided to try the Red Pepper Mayo. Used it as a coating on chicken, fish and pork. It is a real keeper. I know it would be great on the lamb as well. Thanks, Tyler!
