The turkish spice mix really added to this recipe. The sweet red pepper mayo complimented the lamb nicely & was a nice change from mint jelly!
The fennel was OK - little too lemony.

Our family does not eat lamb so we used a 3.35lb. pork tenderloin instead. I followed the same procedure and the entire meal turned out perfect! The pork was tender and juicy, the fennel was delicate and flavorful and the roasted red pepper mayonaise (I only made 1/2 of the recipe and we still have leftovers for the cold pork sandwiches in tomorrows luncheswas awesome! You have to try this one! Even the kids liked it!!!

Easy, good, prep time is minimal for such a delicious return. Makes the house smell great, too!
