I made this chili for my Super Bowl party. It was wonderful! I did have to spoon off a bit of grease near the end, but I will definatly make this again.

(1 Tyler did NOT cook the spices and he used different amounts. Instead of the ancho peppers he used 4 heaping tablespoons of ancho chile powder, 1 (not 2 Tbsp oregano, 1 (not 2 Tbsp paprika, 1 (not 2 Tbsp ground coriander, cumin was the same (1 Tbsp. And he did NOT use a stick of cinnamon. He used a pinch (looked to be about 1/4 tsp and added it together with the spices.

Great flavor. Very tunable to the heat level desired. I also substituted 1/2 the beef with pork and lamb mix. The Chili was a hit.
