WAY too much pepper. The worst wings that we have ever had. Went in the trash. We ate celery stix with the dressing that was not any better than the Litehouse brand.

This is my go to receipe for chicken wings. I use about half the cayenne. The fresh oregano is a must. Letting them sit overnight adds to the flavor and crispness.

These wings are healthy and delectable. They are easy to make and extremely great tasting. Plus there is no unhealthy messy frying involved. Thes sauce is the best blue chesse sause I have ever tasted. If you don't like blue cheese you will now. I strongly recomend you try this recipe
out as soon as you have the time. It does take a while to make if you are one of those busy types.

I absolutely love hot and spicy wings. Always looking for new ideas. Removed the skin to allow the seasonings to penetrate (also makes them even less fattening than fried. Great smokey flavor.

The wings by themselves are great. The dressing needs thickening. I cut the cayenne in half because not everyone like their food that spicy and they still have a kick after you bite into them. The recipe is too easy and I always get good reviews from everyone who tries them.
