Yummy! I cooked the onions a little longer than the recipe calls for because I wanted to make sure they were soft and not so bitter. I also added a touch of nutmeg since I was cooking a dark green. It came out great.

It was more bitter than I expected. My family would not eat it. But, at least I got them to take a few bites.

I really like this recipe because it's easy to make and you can use frozen greens also.
