I made this with a slight modification. I roasted my broccoli instead of boiling it. I like the flavor better that roasting gives veggies better than boiling. Besides it is so easy to do. I will be making this again doing it the same way.

Just average, in my opinion. It was very difficult to keep the garlic from burning, and I reduced the salt in this recipe substantially. I felt like the natural flavor of the broccoli was really masked by the dressing. Probably won't use this recipe again.

This is a great recipe, and extra dressing will keep for a while - but because heated olive oil happens to be one of the ingredients, I would say "use it soon" - ideally, within a week, and two weeks may be pushing your luck.

I love the idea of this, but found it way too salty (even using reduced sodium soy sauce.

This is a fantastic dish. I do not care for many veggies--broccoli included and I devoured this. I did use less oil than called for. It was just not needed. Try it, you wont be disappointed.

I was disappointed with the flavor of this recipe after reading all the other reviews. It just seemed pretty average.

I made this for a side dish to accompany a baked potato bar and everyone thought it was wonderful. It is so pretty to serve because of the fresh green color and the oil really makes the taste of the broccoli come alive! So easy to fix and plate--if you make this, you will definitely be able to sit back and listen to the raves! I made my oil up two days ahead and the flavor had just the right intensity. This fresh and light dish will definitely appear at other gatherings in my home. All I can say is "Wow" I'm really glad I tried this recipe. It was a hit with everyone, even with those who "don't do broccoli well!" Thanks, Ina!
