    Three of my favorite ingredients!! This was awesome! I omitted the salt when putting this all together and did what the recipe said, to only add 1/4 Cup of the garlic oil to the broccoli, so it was not too oily at all. Yum!

    Made this for Mom's Day today. Absolutely yummy! Didn't have garlic cloves, so I made 1/2 the batch of garlic oil and used 8 tsp of jarred/minced garlic Then slowly heated the oil to infuse, poured off 1/4 cup of the oil only (used later on bruschetta, and saved the rest of the oil and all the garlic bits for the broccoli. Added the salt and red pepper- and used as directed. My family just couldn't get enough!

    i normally don't like broccoli but when i made this, i practically ate an entire batch in one sitting! it is so easy and quick but incredibly flavorful. definitely a recipe worth trying
