i thought the recipe was pretty good but it was kind of salty. i think it may have been the pimentos, but i didnt even put much in...

This really is very good and it only took the amount of time the recipe said it would. I'd add a little pepper to the sauce but other than that I really liked it!

This taste exactly like the receipt reads, under 30 minutes, frozen peas, rubber chicken, and a chicken stock poured over the top of canned bread. It's not that it taste bad, it doesn't. It doesen't taste at all! If I find myself with no more than 30 minutes to make a dinner, I'll buy a pizza. No more half baked, half hour meals.

Very nice retro meal. The biscuits make it special. Liked to roast the vegies first to give them body in the sauce.

The poaching was easy and the chicken was tender. The wine added great flavor to the mushrooms. I used celery instead of pimientos because I had none. Next time I might add a little lemon, but I like things with a lot of flavor and hubby likes more delicate flavors. He liked this a lot. I used canned peas because I ran out of frozen. Still tasted fine. Thanks Ms. Ray!

Very easy and great tasting meal. Lots of chunks of chicken, but a bit too little sauce. I will adjust the broth and wine next time to get more gravy. Took just a bit longer than 30 minutes, only because my chicken was thicker and took a bit longer to cook.
