Very good. Next time I will probably do in individual rolls because it would be easier to eat.

This was so easy to make. At first I didn't want to add all the oives, but they turned out to taste very good chopped up. Everyone enjoyed this dish.

This sandwich was very aromatic and tasty! It ranks with the more expensive restaurants that sell deli sandwiches. My family and I enjoyed it while watching the Superbowl Game!!

This sandwich is great. We made a few subs like using black olives, spinach, adding Havarti, etc. But this sandwich is great because of the vinaigrette, so double the amount and dip the removed bread into what is left over.
Note: Make sure the sides are as heavily coated as the bottom, keep the loaf shallow, and soft. Biting into this big sandwich is hard enough without having to tear the bread apart.

I made these for a tailgate party, and just used two long loaves of bread. Tasted like i was back in the French Quarter of N'awlins. Huge hit.
