My wife loved this. We had applewood smoked bacon. And the goat cheese made it completely the best - creamy and delicious.

This is such a great alternative to the usual bbq fare. The turkey comes out so moist and perfectly cooked. However, my bacon burned on the grill, so I cook it in the oven on a roasting pan. I chose the microgreens from Trader Joe's in place of watercress. I also prefer ciabatta bread wrapped in foil and placed on the grill next to the turkey to warm up...Yum!

This recipe was fantastic! As stated earlier, not the healthiest option, but who cares as long as you don't make it very often. We all deserve a treat sometimes! I substituted chicken for the turkey as I already had it ready to go.

Not exactly a healthy dinner option, but sooooo tasty. The mayo mix is superb.

I had to use red tomatoes because green ones aren't available this time of year. I also had to use parsley, since watercress is never sold in this part of the country. Still, it was a terrific sandwich, and I can't wait to try it later with green tomatoes.

Made ground turkey patties instead of a turkey breast. The mayo/goat cheese/sage combo made this recipie!
