Made this for the first time tonight. Considering we have picky eaters, everyone in the house enjoyed it. I accidentally used too much lemon on the orzo, but that was my mistake : Great recipe!

awesome recipe, rolling the chicken was a bit of a pain with the skewers, i think next time i will def try kitchen twine instead. for more color, i placed a flat layer of baby spinach leaves on top of the chicken before placing the cheese on top and rolling, it worked great... as far as the orzo goes, you can get away with a little less olive oil if you want to cut calories, just use a little extra lemon. also it seemed a bit heavy on the fresh parsley, next time i will use 2 tbsp instead of 3. other than that i have no complaints!

I made this dish for my husband and he loved it! Finished his plate and even wanted seconds. I put a little too much of the essence seasoning on the chicken so I recommed go easy on the seasoning. Also recommend if you like cheese to add more once you bake the chicken the cheese melts out so we didnt get as much of a cheese flavor as we would have liked. The orza has a really nice light flavor. Will def make this one again.

Yes, this was FABULOUS. I just happened to have all the ingredients on hand (even as the fridge was looking bare. I followed the directions to the tea. It was soooo flavorful. Wow. Very bold flavors deserved a good white wine. All I had was a Yuengling beer. This is a must save and impress the guests. The tomato sauce was especially tasteful.

This recipe is now a favorite in my house. If you follow all the instructions correctly it tastes awesome! If you do not, then you will not get a great result. I like to add some garnish to the plate with spring leaf salad, makes the plate a little more colorful. All of my friends always ask me to make it now.

Great and easy meal for a weekday. I was surprised at how easy it was for an Emeril recipe. For the tomato sauce, I used canned tomatoes isntead of fresh. Also added in some crushed red pepper for some kick. I let it simmer on the stove for about an hour while I made the rest. For the chicken, I added bacon to the cheese filling....it definitely added a lot of flavor. All in all, the family was pleased.
