    This is a wonderful soup. It's creamy, hearty and best of all, it totally satisfies our Mexican food craving! Plus, it's a great meal for the cold winter months. You feel like your having a little fiesta in your kitchen! The spicy Mexican aromas fill the room and warm the soul. My fiance and I love this soup and have made it several times, always going back for seconds. I highly recommend!

    Delicious! Very filling and great leftovers. I sprinkled cheese on top, added a dollop of sour cream, and ate it with tortillas. You can add more spice with spicy taco seasoning and adding jalapenos or green chilies. Very good on a cold day!

    I am a novice in the kitchen, but this recipe was a hit! I used ground beef instead of chicken and it still turned out delicious. I will definitely be using this recipe again and again.

    We recently moved to Germany and I made this on a very cold evening and it was absolutely wonderful!!! I only omitted the hominy. I don't really like soup in general but this had such a wonderful flavor, I ate two helpings and made it two more times in the week after that! I highly, highly recommend this for those cool, autumn evenings.

    I did not change one thing about this recipe & thought it turned out wonderfully. I used HOT salsa and the whole package of cream cheese & did not find either overpowering. They balanced one another out nicely. And my boyfriend who hates both vegetables & left overs finished this off the next day!

    I wasn't crazy about it but my husband loved it - I'm glad because we have lots of left-overs. I think there was too much cream cheese, it over powered all of the other flavors. Might try one more time and use only half the amount of cream cheese.

    This recipe is quick, easy, and tastes great. I made it with left over ground beef that I used the night before for tacos, and it was so hearty. My family just loved it and they asked me to make it a staple soup at our family dinners.
