This was better the second day warmed in the oven. Simply draining the kale wasn't enough, next time I will wring the damp kale out through a clean towel.

These are extremely good. There is some prep work to do as far as cleaning the greens but once your done with that its fine. Plus you can clean and cook the greens a day or two ahead. They really have a good flavor and a beautiful presentation!
